Where can I find available designs?
Designs available for non-exclusive licensing can be found under SHOP / NON-EXCLUSIVE - you can buy both the whole package consisting of several background colours and in different report sizes or just one background, it is also possible to buy the design on your own background. Write to me if you only want to buy one specific background from a particular design or if you need a custom report size.
What does 'exclusive design' mean?
This is a design that, once purchased, becomes yours alone in the selected sector of use (e.g. for textiles) - I do not license it for textiles to anyone else. It will not appear on textile products of other brands, it will not be reproduced. It's like buying an original painting - with a soul and a unique story.
What if I choose a non-exclusive design?
A design with a non-exclusive licence can also be used by other brands - albeit at a different time and often in a different country or industry. The design still remains unique, but it is not reserved just for you.
Can I order a design completely from scratch - just for my brand?
Yes, I create bespoke designs. We can work together to create a design inspired by your story, the colours, the emotion you want to convey. Turnaround time and cost depends on the complexity of the design - email me.
How long does the licence last?
The licence is perpetual - once you have purchased it, you have the right to use it - within your brand and licensing scope - forever.
Can I modify the design after purchase?
For bespoke designs, yes, but only at the design stage (we consult the design at every stage of its creation).
Ready-made licence templates (both exclusive and non-exclusive) are available in closed form (you get uneditable files in JPG, PDF or TIFF format). In some cases, minor modifications are possible - ask and we will find the best solution. If you purchase the rights to a design, you have the possibility to edit it yourself, change the background, you can also use any elements of the design to any extent you wish - in the case of a transfer of rights, you are the sole user of the design.
In what format will I receive the files?
I prepare the designs in high-quality, print-ready graphic formats: usually TIFF / PDF / JPG / when purchasing rights also open PSD file, in a reproducible report (seamless). I will adapt the format to your production technology.
What is the scope of design licensing?

The scope of the licence for the non-exclusive designs in the shop only includes textiles and textile products (i.e. clothing, bedding, fabrics, all textile products). Time and area of licensing - unlimited, indefinite.
What licences do you offer?
1. Non-exclusive licence
Beauty that can be shared.
Designs available under a non-exclusive licence can be used by more than one brand - it can be used in parallel by multiple licensees.
This is a good solution for smaller companies, local brands or seasonal projects. The design remains available in my catalogue - and you can use it under certain conditions.
2. exclusive licence for background colour
One design, many versions.
As part of the licence offered, I grant exclusivity for a particular background colour for a specific design. What exactly does this consist of?
- One design may be available in multiple colour versions - each version differs background colourwhile the formula itself remains unchanged.
- Each background colour is assigned to one recipient only. This means that if a particular client chooses, for example, a design with a cream-coloured background, no other company will be granted the right to use that design in that colour version.
- Other customers can purchase the same design but only with different background coloursto which exclusivity has no longer been assigned.

3 Exclusive licence
One story, one owner.
By choosing an exclusive design, you are assured that no one else will use it in their collection or on any product. You can also order a design completely from scratch, tailored to your brand and products.
4. Sectoral exclusive licence
Exclusively licensed design in the sector textiles. The licensee obtains the exclusive right to use the design exclusively in this product category. The design will not be made available to others for use in textiles.
Note: the design can be simultaneously offered to other customers in other sectors (e.g. wallpaper, stickers, stationery, etc.).
